I have plans for our economy: Lets take the money sent back by banks and pay off all mortgages. take a third of payment to monthly mortgages and increase people's taxes by that amount. People get more money and the government gets more money. No more defaults, increase in land property and more spending money in the market place.

North Jersey use to thrive with farmlands. Thus the name: THE GARDEN STATE. South Jersey too. School buildings, fire stations, etc. shut down because population decreased. Ergo, take everything that can be sold from such buildings sucha s scrap metal, brink and sell it. Even windows. Sonic Restaurants reuse their building material from market areas that did not do so well to market areas that do. So, for commercial buildings from now on by building code standards must do as companies like Sonic and Honda who can tear down their building sites and reuse them. We all arte guilty of wasting resources. Purdue University has invented a machine that takes our garbage and turns it into fuel for GASOLINE, BUT THE MILITARY WILL NOT LET IT BE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC FOR TEN YEARS!!!!! For the livelihood of America, not ten years from now but NOW!
We must look at historic demographics more seriously. When a certain population exists, then this amount of fire stations, schools, etc. Dr. Wayne Talarzyk [ms?] deceased of The Ohio State University stated in one of his classes and I never forgot it: Marketing is not getting rid of what you have but what does the consumer want.
