Even in Sun dry times, Tenach times, Old Testament times, General Revelation has a Special Revelation that Jesus forgave sins in all ages. Every tribe that has existed has a remnant of a believer in Jesus. No tribe on earth ever existing has an excuse to be dismissed from Lake of Fire. So why have missionaries? 70 x 70 for GOD wishes none to perish!
"Where is the Preacher Creating faith?"
Angels and GOD entertain such preaching through strangers of the past. What about New Testament times? It is done through believers in Jesus everywhere. There is no place on Earth GOS cannot send them.
A philosophy? No a fact!
